Barack Obama Users Proven Techniques To Trigger The Mindbody States He Wants

There is technique called 'Anchoring' where a trained person can attach a Mindbody State or an emotion, or a feeling to a physical action such as holding a thumb and finger together as former US President Barack Obama is doing in this photo.
Anchoring is set up in advance at a time when the person is in the desired Mindbody state, such as being relaxed and calm, and they are taught to press their finger and thumb together, and that attaches the Relaxed and Calm feeling to that physical action. Then later if the person is feeling anxious or stressed; they press the same thumb and finger together and it triggers the Relaxed and Calm feeling instead of feeling stressed.

Our Central Nervous System (CNS) works in balance with two different sides. One side is stress, anxiety, and fear going up to the Flight or Fight response. The other side is safety, happiness, excitement, and joy, going up to love. The two sides move up and down in intensity. That movement is triggered by the things we experience in the world and from our thoughts and memories.
When we are in a happy relaxed state of mind and body (Mindbody state) our cells regenerate and repair better and that slows down aging. You can trigger your happy Mindbody state whenever you want by anchoring to a physical movement such as pressing your thumb and finger together.
In a deep state of relaxation (when brain waves are between Alpha and Theta 4 to 14 cycles per second) we use the proven technique to guide you to now recall your happiest memory. We connect the happy Mindbody state to a physical cue such as on your left hand bring the thumb and next finger together so they touch. This will load the happy trigger to that physical motion; this is the Smart Trigger.
Similar techniques can be used to trigger calm and relaxed Mindbody states before we go to sleep to enable us to be in the ideal Mindbody state to sleep.
